Our 2026-27 Board of Governors

The president is responsible for overseeing the conduct and supervision of all activities of the chapter during their term of office, presiding at all meetings of the chapter and of the chapter's Board of Governors (BOG). Responsible for maintaining the chapter’s quality and direction, the president uses their leadership skills and also communicates between the region and the local members.

The Treasurer is responsible for receiving, keeping safe and disbursing chapter funds. They also are to make sure that chapter expenditures in line with income and coordinate any required tax filings according to chapter guidelines.

A governor is responsible for attending board meetings, performing presidential assigned duties, and helping manage the affairs of the chapter.

The president-elect is responsible to carry out duties assigned to them by the president and prepare for their upcoming term. They will also attend president-elect training put on by the region during their term.

The secretary is responsible for taking minutes for chapter and BOG meetings and maintaining chapter records.

After their presidential term the past president sits on the board of governors for an additional year to allow for a smooth presidential transition and dispensing their timeless wisdom! 😉
